Job Role

Job Title: Agile Implementation Manager

Pay Rate: £465 MAX

Contract Length: 6 months

Location: Solihull

The Role

Spring Technology's client based in Solihull are looking for a Change and Transformation Project Manager with the overall responsibility to lead and drive the training work stream on an organisation-wide agile transformation programme. Sitting within the Internal Project Team the Change Project Manager is also accountable to the Project Sponsor and Programme Manager for the successful delivery of the project outcomes and benefits.

Knowledge / Experience

You will need to be experienced in the SCRUM agile framework.

Must have experience of working on a programme moving an organisation to agile ways of working

Previous experience within a business focused Project Manager role

Knowledge of project/programme methodologies (Agile, Prince2, Waterfall etc.)

Demonstrable experience with operating formal project management methodologies
