Duties:

Under the direction of the Knowledge Manager, but largely on own initiative, the incumbent will perform

duties such as the following:

- Support the NCI Agency wide Knowledge, Information and Data Management initiatives both

technically as well as from an administrative perspective including, but not limited to, workshops and

meeting preparation, moderation, minute and actions recording etc.;

- Support the activities to establish, control and manage Agency-wide processes for the Information,

Knowledge and Data Management, including, but not limited to, the development of Agency directives,

Process Description Execution Document (PDED) and supporting Standard Operating Procedures

(SOP);

- Execute, monitor the activities in the Information, Knowledge and Data Management initiatives process

(provide regular feedback to the process owner and line management), including, but not limited to:

* Identification and management of the process interfaces, input and outputs;

* Identification and implementation of process enablers;

* Identification and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for process performance

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
