Application Production Engineer - Windows IIS .NET Apache Web - Investment Bank

Expert Production Engineer on Windows technologies is required to handle the implementation and integration of Business critical Client Facing Applications, mainly in project mode. Technically strong experience of Applications Servers, IIS Apache and,Net. Monitoring and testing, JMeter. Digital deployment technology and tools - Ansible and Jenkins. minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role, majority of which should have been gained within an eCommerce area. You must be experienced in providing multi-disciplined technical support as part of a team, and have practical knowledge of performance and capacity management from an application, database and network perspective. Experience in Middleware web team would be valuable. Good knowledge would be appreciated on: SQL Server, Oracle, Tomcat, WebSphere, Dynatrace, Nirvana, Geneos

The role is within an IT Application Production team who are responsible globally for technical support and project deliveries. We are looking for an Expert Production Engineer on Windows technologies to handle the implementation and integration of Business critical Client Facing Applications, mainly in project mode.The person will need to have strong web architecture and design experience to build a performant and reliable platform running 24/24.
