Spring Technology's client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, are currently looking to recruit an Technical Architect for an initial 6 month contract on a rate of c.£700-£800/day (inside of IR35).
The Role:
Work with areas across the organisation in exploring the impact on business and the ability to provide service after Brexit, find solutions and implementation proposals to counter any issues identified.
Requirements:
* Experience working on strategic/enterprise architecture projects delivering current state/future state architectures and roadmaps that are aligned to organisational/business objectives and technology drivers.
* Track record in designing and evolving the most appropriate solution/technical architecture to meet user needs/requirements, across a range of different environments and technologies.
* Expertise in digital technologies and approaches including cloud (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS), common front and back end technologies, software defined infrastructure, continuous delivery, devops.
* Experience of working within a large-scale transformation programme / environment using Agile and other delivery methods.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in delivering citizen / customer-centric strategies and solutions.
* Experience of working in a shared service / consultancy environment.
