Configuration Manager - London - Market Rates Our client a leading financial services organisation are looking to recruit an configuration manager on an initial 6 month basis. Functional / Technical Competencies:

'€¢ITIL Foundation (or above) preferred or clear understanding of ITIL and experience of working within an ITIL framework'€¢Excellent written and verbal skills, and must be able to document and articulate to others key issues in the infrastructure arena.'€¢Demonstrable knowledge of an ITSM toolsets, preferably ServiceNow.'€¢A team player, approachable and flexible but also able to work independently.'€¢Able to drive problem resolution through the appropriate escalation channels.'€¢Able to confidently participate in white board type design and review sessions.'€¢Able to evaluate and understand new products within the team's scope.'€¢Contribute to building a culture of a service excellence, always putting the customer, our people and our business at the centre of everything undertaken.

Work Experience:

'€¢Extensive experience of working in Configuration Management at Senior Level'€¢Experience of working in a complex technical environment.'€¢Experience of working in a highly regulated industry that adheres strictly to audit processes and procedures. '€¢Cobit Governance experience preferred.
