Projects Technical Lead - Public Sector - London - 6 months

A public sector organisation in central London are urgently looking for an Infrastructure Project Technical Lead to join them on a large infrastructure transformation programme for phase 2 of a major data migration of services from legacy technology to VxRail, public cloud and SAAS solutions.

Requirements:

*Fulfilling the role of IT Infrastructure solution design for the projects and producing and keeping up to date all Infrastructure Standards.

*The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing processes, delivering and owning the technical element of projects, developing documentation and managing 3rd party resources in a project.

*Previous experience of working on medium / large scale IT infrastructure technical/ Data Migrations projects is essential.

*Experience in a number of the following: build, monitoring and support of Windows Servers 2008/2012/2016, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 suite, public and private cloud (AWS and Azure), Active Directory design, administration and disaster recovery, Group Policy design and administration, ADFS and/or Shibboleth SSO, SQL 2012/2014/2016, SharePoint, WSUS, SCCM, Linux, Apache, MySql and UNIX/Linux environment, VMWare ESX 6, VDI, NSX, SANs and hyper converged storage management

*Relevant Microsoft and VMware certification desirable
