Spring Technology is currently looking for a Junior UX Designer. This is a 6 Month extendable contract based in East Sussex.

What you will do:

* Understanding user and business needs

* Designing user-centred interfaces and interactions

* Communication and collaboration internally/ externally

* Measurement and insight

* Ensuring consistent quality of work

* Advocating User Experience

Your experience will include:

* Enthusiasm and some knowledge of UX principles and practices

* Knowledge of a variety of user research methods including quantitative and qualitative methods as well as generative and exploratory activities (practical experience desirable)

* A passion about the latest trends and best practices in interactive experiences across a variety of mediums with a strong desire for innovation

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

* Attention to detail with a pragmatic and enthusiastic attitude to work
