An Oxford-based, mature start up are looking for an experience C++ Software Engineer to work on a Computer-Vision related project. The main code base is written in C/C++ so the successful Software Engineer will contributing to much of this and refactoring the core application. You will be working as a lead engineer in a brand new team alongside vision scientists and experts. For this contract position we are not looking for a strong developer in Computer Vision, but rather a strong C/C++ developer. Requirements;C++experience leading projects and contributing large, significant portions of code to productssome experience in Computer Vision advantageous but not essentialgraphics background with related technologies (Opengl) advantageous but not experienceexperience in the medical device industry preferableFor the right candidate, we would be willing to offer £500/day on a 6 month contract. For various reasons, being onsite full time would be preferable but again, for the right candidate we may be able to offer limited remote working.
