UX Designer wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:3+ years of experience in UX/UI design including expertise in UX/UI software such as Sketch, InVision, Mindnode, Principle, Framer and Invision Studio, additional basic HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript skills are a plusAbility to collaborate with clients and partners to understand requirements and design complete user experiences according to consumers' needs as well as to iterate designs and solutions resourcefully and intelligentlyCapability to effectively communicate design processes, ideas and solutions to business teams, clients and particularly the development teamExtensive experience with UX/UI design best practices as well as a solid understanding of mobile-first and responsive designProfound knowledge of User Centered Design (UCD) including planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping and managing usability and accessibility concernsLanguages: fluent English both written and spokenYour tasks:Facilitating the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital productsGathering and evaluating user requirements in close collaboration with product managers, digital marketers and engineersTranslating concepts and projects into user flows, wireframes, mock ups and prototypes effectively leading to intuitive user experiencesDesigning and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys and final designs that are optimised for a range of devices and interfaces along with identifying design problems and developing elegant solutionsMaking strategic design and user-experience decisions concerning core as well as new functions and featuresTaking a user-centred design approach as well as testing and iterating your designsStart: 05/2019
