- 10~15 years of overall IT experience in Telecom domain with Cramer6 and 8 product experience

- Cramer, Inventory Management, Java, web services

- Strong domain Knowledge of OSS domain, specifically in "Inventory Management' area

- Expertise in Order Fulfillment flow

- Expertise in Cramer Resource Manager Customization, Task Engine Customization, Sync Engine Customization, Delivery Engine Customization, Reconcile Manager

- Excellent experience on Java, J2EE, Web logic server, JMS queues

- Excellent experience on Oracle - SQL, PL/SQL and performance tuning

- Should have design and development experience

- Candidate should have excellent communication & documentation skills. Should have experience in client interaction

- Awareness of Cramer Estimation

- Experience in designing frameworks & other re-usable artifacts

- Outstanding problem-solving skills
