Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support / Level 1 Helpdesk SupportWindows PC, Mobile Phones, tablets and server operating systems We need 1st level Service Desk Analysts for up to 3 months contract starting in mid-February. Title: Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support / Level 1 Helpdesk Support - Windows PC, Mobile Phones, tablets and server operating systemsDuration: up to 3 months.Start Date: mid-February.Location: Greater London.Rate: c£150 - £170 per day neg on experience. DutiesWorking on an IT service desk supporting a large user base in a corporate enterprise environment. To provide a 1st class 'front of house' 1st line technical support service to all IT users to deliver a consistent and reliable customer focussed IT service, ensuring a responsive service to all customers.To own user, problems, perform a technical diagnosis and fix issues either remotely or on-site. Efficiently and effectively provide solutions/workarounds to Incident's & Service Requests within SLA thresholds.Utilise and adhere to all published ITIL processes, to ensure appropriate standards and procedures are adhered to, ensuring all new requests for support are accurately logged and frequently updated with request status/feedback.Continually keep users informed of live issues and requests. Maintain a flexible and responsive attitude that allows for change and service improvement. Skills: Able to demonstrate previous experience delivering 1st line support on a service desk for IT Systems in a complex environment for a customer focussed business, with high levels of customer satisfaction.Windows PC, Mobile Phones, tablets and server operating systems.Broad understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and network protocols.Business application and how they are used by the business.Exceptional Customer Service skills.Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good communication both written & verbal.
