Our client, a renown financial institution offers an interesting and exciting contract opportunity Identity and Access Management IT Project Managers (m/f/x).The Project Manager is responsible for the design, build and delivery of the agreed scope of identity and access management optimization change projects within time and budget and ensures their operational sustainability under RBS group project methodology framework.Your role: (m/f)Project Management responsibilities:Prepare/support the completion of the financial business casePlan and execute CHF 1m IAM optimization projectResponsible for governance, leadership, benefits tracking, cost management, delivery, planning and control, risk/issue and dependency management and quality assurance in a way that is understood and agreed by all stakeholdersResponsible for the transitioning of the project into the business ensuring that changes are thoroughly and smoothly implemented, and that the lasting benefits of change are achievedProject deliverables responsibilities:Upgrade of CyberArk software and hardware driven by software lifecycle in close co-ordination with other automation activities around privileged accounts.Review of existing Sailpoint IdentityIQ implementation with potential lifecycle upgrade and process simplification to out of the box functions available in later version 8.xDefinition and implementation of Windows privileged personal accounts concept from provisioning through the whole lifecycle of the accounts in Active Directory, CyberArk and Sailpoint IdentityIQDefinition and implementation of an automated and transparent non-personal privileged account concept (service-/technical accounts)Definition and implementation of a Windows domain administration account conceptDefinition and implementation of highly automated account handling in the JML (Joiner, mover, leaver) processIncrease user experience around IAM processes and data Required skillsProfound technical understanding of Identity Access Management tools and processes: Privileged Access ManagementAccess GovernanceAD Directory ServicesJML Process Design/OptimizationRole Based Access ManagementUnderstanding of security architectureHands on attitudeExcellent coordination capabilities internally and with 3rd party providers and vendorsFluent English and German spoken / written (C-Level)Solution and service oriented, taking over ownership and showing leadershipExcellent stakeholder management on different managerial levels, on IT and business sideOwn initiative, self-starter qualities and persistencyAnalytical & structured thinking / workingExcellent communicator and team playerAble to work under pressure Further informationLocation: ZürichStart date: asapEnd date: 30.11.2020 Interested?
