Editorial/Content StrategistLondon6 Months initially Are you excited at the thought of taking on complex challenges? Are you interested in the financial and risk machinery that drives our economic system and delivers true value to our users?Our client are looking for an experienced Editorial/Content Strategist to join the Product Design Editorial Team. Thousands of users use their flagship platforms and products across the globe. Traders, brokers, wealth analysts, C-level, portfolio managers, researchers, risk analysts, and many more use them in different ways, in different contexts, in different countries, in different workflows, and with different needs. Their users rely on their products to deliver real-time, highly complex information in a way that they need, when they need it. This is delivered via desktop, mobile and web. Their platforms and products lead the financial industry. They offer fantastic opportunities for them to really push the bounds of what is possible, and deliver outstanding experiences for their customers. This is a challenging and exciting role for an experienced Editorial/Content Strategist, who will join the team armed with enterprise, commercial or public sector experience and an outstanding portfolio of work. Responsibilities: Develop best in class content strategies across multiple projectsCarry out workshops, interviews and other research sessions to determine the effectiveness of our current contentCollaborate with Product Owners, Designers and Researchers to analyse and recommend improvements to our current contentExperiment with alternative content methodsRecommend new ways to communicate with our clients/usersFeed into and develop our style and TOV guidesWork with the editorial team to ensure consistency in both output and approach Experiences & Skills: Experienced in writing user-facing contentExperienced in creating content strategiesExperience working in the financial services sectorExperience in content ideation and researchExperience communicating content recommendationsExperience working in the financial services sectorExperience with UI content Suitable candidates should submit their CV in the first instance.
