Responsible for maximising the value chain to deliver the product and the work of the Development Team. Deliver Manager is key on the how this is done across the teams from Product Owner, Bank SMEs, UX/UI to BAs and Developers and may some key individuals. The role will mainly have to cover: Leading and coaching key areas of the Bank in this way to become agilePlanning agile implementations within the BankHelping employees and stakeholders understand and enact agile and MVP product developmentCausing change that increases the productivity of the teamWorking with other teams to increase the effectiveness of the application to become agile in the Bank Key Accountabilities

Coordination across teams (PO / UX / UI / Business SME / Developers)Agile delivery by ordering / prioritise the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missionsOrdering the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missionsEnsuring the Development Team gets items in the Product Backlog to the level needed to be efficient
