Service Manager, you will be responsible for pro-actively managing all aspects of service delivery, ensuring that you lead your team leaders to take ownership for their teams' performance and development, as well as ensure that service standards for both client and customer are maintained and improved.

You will demonstrate natural leadership skills and have a proven ability in leading and developing high performing teams.

What you will do:

* Pro-actively lead your team to support the achievement of business priorities, ensure team and individual performance plans are developed and managed to deliver the required performance level

* Set clear and realistic performance objectives, including behavioural standards. Regularly review these and ensure all performance issues are dealt with in a timely, effective and constructive manner including value-adding appraisals in all your teams

* Monitor and seek to improve quality levels of customer service/experience and service level agreements

* Be mindful of costs, benefits and key stakeholder impact, when making decisions and or through actions

* Represent your business area at operational, strategic and business meetings

* Identify and implement operational processes to improve the candidate experience

Your experience will include:

* Previous experience managing managers

* Proven stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills

* Experience in candidate pipeline management and a recruiting background is highly desirable.

* Service delivery experience
