Cyber Payments Assurance Consultant

£600 - £650 per day

The role will be working in the Cyber security management team within the Risk Services department. The candidate will come from a Payments/ Financial Services background with experience in Open Banking/PSD2, BACS, CHAPS, SWIFT Security, Faster Payments. This role needs a candidate with experience of dealing with C-Suite level stakeholders.

This role is inside IR35 and has a day rate of £650. The contract length is 12 months. Based in London.

Your responsibilities

* Scoping, execution and delivery of technical payments risk and security and Cyber reviews

* Delivering advice for payment service and operations implementation for PSD2, BACS, CHAPS, SWIFT Security and Faster Payments

* Managing client engagements from initiation to closure ensuring on-time delivery to expected quality

* Liaising with clients on delivery and implementation of payments risk engagements

Experience and attributes for success

* Proven experience implementing/administering payments infrastructure or delivering payments reviews

* Proven ability to identify and assess complex payments risks and controls, relate them to the wider business environment and communicate recommendations clearly.

* Technical understanding of a wide range of payments schemes and processing (PSD2, BACS, CHAPS, SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments)
