We are looking for a contract Electrical / EPLAN Designer to work for a business with offices in Edinburgh, Scotland.This is for an initial 6 month position to start later in July. MS teams interview slots are available. Some flexibility on start and finish times is available if required.Typical tasks Development of the detailed design and engineering requirements from initial concepts, calculations and ideas into an engineering drawing formatPreparing detailed schedule of materials components and assembly information to support engineering drawings. Skills sought include:8 years + commercial experienceEPLAN P8, EPLAN Pro PanelAutoCad is desirable.Knowledge of engineering systems and processesEngineering change control, international standards, component selectionAdvanced knowledge of panel building and installation, Motor control centres, drives etcRobotics / 3D experience is desirable More information is available on request.
