Site Manager (Refurbishment)

Bath

Monday - Friday (Days)

12 Month Contract (potential for extension)

£200 - £250 a Day (Ltd Co/Umbrella/CIS)

Are you an Site Manager with experience in Refurbishment projects looking for your next immediately available, days based contract position in the Bristol/Bath area?

The company are a highly respected industry leader in their field who offer refurbishment projects in the Listed building sector. Due to a securing a new, large project they are looking to expand their team on a Contract basis with an Site Manager.

The successful candidate will need to have a background in working on Listed Buildings and Refurbishment projects and who is looking for their next immediately available contract, days based role.

On offer here is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager who is looking for an immediately available, days based contract role if wanted for a high end family run builder.

The Role:

*Site Based role in Bath and Bristol Area

* Refurbishment Project on a graded building, Weekly progress meeting with the contracts manager, general running of the site and sub-contractors, completing timesheets, Liaising with H&S team , previous refurbishment experience .

*12-15 Month contract (potential for extension)

*Immediately available, contract role

The Person:

* SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Safety, CSCS Card, PASMA

* CSPS Telehandler card (Preferred not Essential)

*Experience in commercial projects

* Available immediately
