If Firefox is your main browser you should see that the Live Bookmark icon is highlighted - simply click the icon, then "subscribe to...." and save to an appropriate location in your Bookmarks.
If you are new to RSS news feeds and do not have Firefox then there are a number of different ways in which you can view them. We've listed a few sites that may be of use to you:
