9. Financial matters - Can I still get a mortgage as a contractor?

Special Offer for Contractor UK Visitors

Most traditional lenders require three years of accounts for contractors before they will even consider giving a mortgage. Using our specialists you can get a mortgage of up to 4.5 x income based purely on your current contract income. They can also remortgage to save you money over your existing mortgage. Rates currently start from as little as 3.19%. Also, most brokers charge 1% of the loan as a fee for arranging your mortgage. We have arranged a special offer with contractor specialists, ContractorMoney, whereby Contractor UK visitors will not be charged a penny.

You can also read our Mortgage Advice page for the things to look out for when applying for a mortgage.

Simply enter your details below. You will then be contacted with timely advice on the most appropriate mortgage products available to suit your needs.
