The Federation of Small Businesses is urgently calling for more information and clarification on IR591 - the tax on small limited companies (IR591) from April. Details of this new legislation have recently began to emerge, as reported on CUK here However, the FSB is demanding that the Government provides more information as a matter of urgency. It also wants to see the plans postponed until at least next year so that the Treasury can hear the views of businesses, accountants and tax advisors. Neil Hamper, FSB Taxation Chairman said: “When you are short of money, every little bit here and there helps.
