PLEASE NOTE: This service will be affected by changes at Companies House from 29/09/09 to 05/10/09:
Due to updates to the Companies Act, Companies House will temporarily cease formation of limited companies on 1st & 2nd October.
Our electronic filing agents are therefore not filing requests for new limited companies from from 10am Tuesday 29th September to 9am 5th October. Any company formation requests you put through the system during this time will sit in a queue until 5th October, after which all formations will be processed by Companies House and governed by the new act.

Following on from the latest updates from Companies House, we have now been informed that due to technical issues, there is a large back log of Company registrations still waiting to be processed and this is causing delays for all pending company formations.
The resulting backlog is likely to delay all formations once they resume normal activity on 5th October to an extent. Our standard 'same day' online turnaround will therefore be affected during this period.
Our system has been updated to include "up front" online nomination of company officers (i.e. Director(s) and Secretary) for an even faster service. From April 2008 you need only to appoint one Director in order to form a limited company. Once your company is formed you can apply for your own FREE business bank account.
Use the links below to learn about forming your limited company or simply proceed to the registration agent to make sure that your preferred company name is available - if it is you can then purchase it using your credit or debit card at a cost of only £75 + VAT.

You will need a UK registered address to form a company. If you are based in Northern Ireland and do not have a UK registered address, you will need to contact the Northern Ireland Registry on 0845 604 8888
You will need to enter the following "electronic signature" information for all Director(s) and Secretary(ies) before your company can be formed: 3 of these: town of birth, telephone no, NI no, passport no, mothers maiden name, eye colour, father's forename, so please ensure you have these to hand before starting.
