Kegworth, Derbyshire£19,000-£21,000 + Excellent benefitsMonday - Friday days (40 hours) Are you an Office administrator looking to join a growing and well established Construction company in this Monday to Friday role?On offer is an excellent opportunity to have a secure and stable position in a company with a great reputation.This well established company specialize in Civil Engineering and Construction across the country.They are expanding due to an increase in their demand and would like to recruit for an Office Administrator.The role would suit an Office Administrator ideally from a Construction or Civils background but this is not essential as training is provided.The Role:Managing incoming calls, taking messages, maintaining and updating the call logWord processing, photocopying, filing and petty cashMeeting and greeting visitors, preparing meeting rooms and refreshments in line with COVID-19 requirements.General administration dutiesThe Candidate:2+ years' experience in an office environment preferably within the construction sector with some previous receptionist experience.Educated to GCSE level or with a grade C or above in English or equivalent. A qualification in customer service or business and administration would be preferable.Strong MS Office skills are essential.Full driving licence and access to a car.They have an excellent reputation as a progressive company who invest in people.
