Process Operator - Holmes Chapel Process Operator - Holmes Chapel The location of this role is Holmes Chapel The duration of the contract is 3 - 6 Months The pay rate on offer is £15.67/h PAYE (including shift uplift) The role is working for a leading pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing organisation. Shift Patterns:Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pmWeek 2: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo ensure all activities associated with the manufacture, filling, pack and CIP of all Nasacort products are completed in an accurate and timely manner to meet local customer service requirements whilst observing cGMP and HSE requirements DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Filling ActivitiesFill bulk suspension on automatic filling machine, ensuring critical processParameters are met.Operate automatic filling machine in a controlled environmentPerform critical process testing, and assess data to maintain/ and or improve the filling operation and the volume output.Perform critical ancillary functions in order to maintain a compliant controlled environment. Packing ActivitiesPack filled Nasacort AQ product by operating automatic packing machinesOperate all packing machines on Nasacort line in pharmaceutical environmentPerform critical process testing, and assess data to maintain/ and or improve the packing operation and the volume output.Complete batch documentation with cGMP.Operate BPC's system Ancillary ActivitiesPerform ancillary activities associated with the Nasacort process.Manually clean and dry equipment to validated standard.Movement of stock from warehouse facility to filling and packing line.Maintain knowledge of water plant operation. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCEMinimum of 2 GCSE's in English and maths and/or meet the required standard in the company selected aptitude tests.Minimum of 2 years pharmaceutical experienceAn understanding of continuous Improvement (CI) and OEEPrevious production and shift experience is also preferred
