Site Manager (Commercial Fit Out)

4 Month Contract (potential for extension)

£220-£240 Per Day (Ltd Co/Umbrella) (Outside IR35)

Are you an Site Manager with experience in Commercial Fit Out projects looking for your next immediately available, days based contract position in the Midlands Region?

The company are a highly respected industry leader in their field who offer fit out for office, schools and hospital refurbishments. Due to a securing multiple new, large projects they are looking to expand their team on a Contract basis with an Site Manager.

The successful candidate will need to have a background in Commercial Projects and who is looking for their next immediately available contract, days based role.

On offer here is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Site Manager who is looking for an immediately available, days based contract role if wanted for a market leading Commercial Fit Out Contractor.

The Role:

*Site Based role around London

* Commercial Site Management: Tool box talks, site organisation, ordering of materials liaising with the client- site walk around, post construction meetings

*4 month contract (potential for extension)

*Immediately available, contract role

The Person:

* SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Safety, NVQ 6/7

* CSCS card

*Enhanced DBS

*Experience on Educational Projects

* Available immediately
