Site Manager (Residential)

Manchester- commutable from: Stockport, Altrincham, Sale, Stretford, Warrington, St Helens, Runcorn, Widnes, Northwich, Macclesfield, Rochdale, Ashton-Under-Lyne, Oldham, Wigan, Didsbury, Bolton, Bury,

Monday - Friday (8 hour shift from 7:45 until 16:00)

Are you an experienced Site Manager from a Residential background, looking for your next immediately available days-based, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract position with the view to go permanent?

My client is currently recruiting for a Site Manager from a Residential background to work and develop a brand new high end residential scheme in Manchester which consists of 5 High Specification Houses?

My client is a well-established market leading, residential construction company, operating around the Lancashire area.

The successful candidate will have background managing Residential construction schemes and management of sub-contractor packages

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for the right applicant to further develop their career focusing on a project from start to finish for market leading residential company.

The Role:Managing between 20 - 30 subbies (subcontractors) on any given daySite hours: 7:4516:00 - Monday to Friday.Managing teams, Site inductions, management of subcontractors and site staff, organization of site and site plans, H&S checks, RAMS Reporting into a contracts manager with weekly updates.Working on a £1.2 million high end residential development (5 Houses)

The Person:Full UK Driving licenseSMSTSPrior experience managing Residential projectsImmediately available for a Fixed Term Contract role.
