Your tasks:Monitoring, maintaining and improving the reliability and quality of data processing services and warehousing environmentsBuilding and testing solutions as well as documenting test results, designs and operational manualsProviding support for production operations while maintaining and documenting Standard Operating ProceduresPerforming code upgrades and contributing continuous process improvement suggestionsIdentifying and documenting best practices within the corresponding areas of expertiseCreating and maintaining educational content

Your experience/knowledge:2+ years of professional experience with SIEM, log management, data warehousing and with big data platforms such as Splunk, Cloudera and Confluent,Practice with big data messaging, streaming applications and frameworks including Kafka, Nifi, Flink and SparkCapability of administrating and troubleshooting distributed environments and clustersProficiency in analysing and interpreting log sources e.g. Web proxies, Firewalls, Windows, Linux, Sysmon and EDRFamiliarity with Linux administration, Bash scripts, packaging and troubleshootingCompetency of least one programming language like Python or Java is desiredAwareness of Splunk Enterprise Security, REST, SOAP, container management, DevOps and Agile along with technical writing skills are advantageous
