£200-£240 per day (Ltd Co/CIS)

Are you an Site Manager with experience working on Home Restoration projects looking for your next immediately available, days based contract position across London?

The company are a highly respected industry leader in their field who offer office refurbishment services for the Social Housing Sector across the South East. Due to a securing multiple new, large projects they are looking to expand their team on a Contract basis with an Site Manager.

The successful candidate will need to have a background in working on social housing projects and who is looking for their next immediately available contract, days based role.

On offer here is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager who is looking for an immediately available, days based contract role if wanted for a market leading Refurbishment and restoration company. The Role:

*Role in and around London (Travel Required)

* Site Management: Tool Box Talks, H&S checks, Liaising with the Director, Managing the sub-contractors, issuing and signing off timesheets,

*6 Month contract (potential for extension)

*Immediately available, contract role

The Person:

* SMSTS

*First Aid

* CSCS card

*Experience working on Council Projects

* Available immediately
