Role - Salesforce Business Analyst Location - Fully-RemoteDuration - 3 Month Initial + Extensions Start - ASAPIndustry - Telecoms OverviewI am working with a consultancy client who have a requirement for a contract Business Analyst to come on board who specialises in Salesforce to assist with a Salesforce implementation project. The project is being delivered for a well-known player in the Telecoms industry and any prior experience in this space would be greatly beneficial. Salesforce experience is absolutely essential to be considered for this opportunity. Project This role will support a major Salesforce implementation project. The position will work with business stakeholders to ensure the prioritisation and implementation of changes for Salesforce and its applications and systems.You are expected to:Identify, gather, analyse and document business requirements and translate these into technical specificationsEffectively communicate specifications and proposals to all stakeholders including management, business users and IT developers (Solution Architects, Salesforce Developers, Chief Architects, PMOs)Strong emphasis on delivery and having the ability to run small projects with tangible milestones and delivering against themCommunicate project progress via required reporting toolsRequirements5 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Telecoms domain with at least 2 years working with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)Experience working in Cloud platform is advantageousExperience of working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologiesExperience in Business Process Mapping and requirements gatheringComfortable in a technical environment
