Up to £705 per day via an umbrella companyMy client a global leader in the Finance sector is looking for an Agile Lead to join their team.What you will be doing:Handle various responsibilities such as planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing all aspect of the project - Getting things done the right wayAssist in team development by removing road-blocks to their work, mentoring them and making a good utilization of organizational resources to improve capacity for project workPromote empowerment of the team by ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the project with meaningful contributionEncourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team.Validate and navigate through deadlines and budget of the project accordinglyInteract with stakeholders to understand their requirements and blockers, navigate through themMaintain status report of the project and present it to stakeholders/forumsWhat you will bring to the role:9+ years relevant experience in project delivery and managementProven records of agile delivery for IT projects in the pastMust have good verbal communication skills - Ability to work across geographiesCan work independently without supervisionA self-motivated, confident team player who leads by example and provides guidance to othersExcellent communication skills & team playerNice to haveCertification - Scrum Master/PMP/Prince 2Experience in delivering IT Regulatory projectsIf this is the role for you please submit your CV at your earliest convenience.
