Your tasks:Managing Agenda as well as organising client and internal meetingsSetting up conference calls and zoom meetingsBooking travel and hotels as well as processing expense claimsAnswering telephone and taking messagesPrinting and binding client presentationsContributing to Event Planning

Your experience/knowledge:5+ years of experience as an AssistantFamiliarity with organising meetings as well as background in event management is beneficialFluent German and English, verbally and written
