Up to £221.00 per day The Cloud Security Engineering team drives the technology that's transforming the way product teams secure their networks, and more importantly, their users.
As a Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the Business Operations team, which is responsible for oversight and execution of annual plans and budgets
What you'll be doing
The members of the Business Operations team provide support to our Infrastructure Engineering teams to execute on our strategic plan and investments. We collaborate with broader Cloud Security Business Operations to provide analysis and oversight of strategic plans and annual budget
Some of the things you will work on:
* Support Business Operations Managers in month end tasks like accrual, forecast actualisation, Variance Analysis, etc.
* Support Business Operations Managers with Ad hoc assignments
* CAPEX Tracking/Approval
* IAS (Infrastructure as A Service) Cost Analysis (AWS & Data Dog)
* Asset Management - Approving transfers, working with corporate fixed assets to maintain compliance
* Contract Management backup
* Create & Maintain customer facing SharePoint
* Policy Compliance overview
* Tools Management (Jira, Tableau)
* Sync-up status meetings.
* Providing regular status updates for all stakeholders.
About You
As a member of this team, you will collaborate with Business Operations and Finance colleagues to provide spend monitoring and oversight. You have a curious mind and a thoughtful approach to executing detail-oriented work. You enjoy looking for ways to solve problems, with a considerate eye towards what kind of solution makes the most sense.
Skills
* Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration, Information Technology or related degree.
* At least 2+ years of professional experience in the same or similar roles.
* Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
* Experience in sourcing, analysing and presenting data
* Tableau or other Business Intelligence tool experience
