Commercial Systems Manager - SC CLEAREDWorking from Home Experis are currently recruiting a Commercial Systems Manager for a Central Government Department. The role will develop and then project manage the commercial eSourcing implementation plan which will see the migration of two legacy organisations to a single eSourcing platform. This will include overseeing review of 'as is' metadata and commercial processes and delivery of 2B processes and system configuration to successfully meet the clients requirements. The role will also manage the contract with the chosen supplier ensuring delivery is on track and any project risks are identified and managed. A key aspect of successful delivery is achieving integration with the clients ERP tool. ResponsibilitiesLead the design, and implementation of the Commercial Systems eSourcing implementation planCoordinate a team of specialists to review system metadata, 'as is' and '2B processes'Oversee successful data migration from legacy systems.Manage input from stakeholders and SMEs to ensure optimum design and configuration of commercial systems.Oversee OAT and UAT ensuring identified issues are resolved.Develop and deliver required user training prior to go liveEnsure contractual requirements are delivered through effective contract and supplier relationship managementProvide project management and contract management of Commercial systems deployment reporting regularly to senior stakeholders and users.Identify, track and manage project risksEnsure effective project governance including reporting progress to assurance boards and achieving 'go live' authority Essential SkillsExperience of delivering Procurement technologies/tools/applications.IT project management experience and solid technical understanding of SaaS.Business analysis and data migration skillsStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills to ensure user and requirements are defined and reflected efficiently and effectively.Proven track record in project management and delivery, leading teams, effective stakeholder engagement and of working to deadlines and meeting targets.Will be required to lead, manage, motivate and co-ordinate cross-functional teams, often with no direct authority over a significant number of the key stakeholders and team members.Good demonstrable experience in conducting and presenting complex data analysis in a simplified way for end users and to aid decision making, use of business intelligence systems and proficient use and experience of Microsoft packages or other reporting environments highly desirable.Desirable SkillsKnowledge of commercial business processDirect experience with config/implementation of eSourcing tools (Bravo/Proactis or similar)Promotes a culture that acknowledges the value of positive change and diversity; creates strategies to involve those who will be affected by planning and preparation and to support them through changeExcellent communication skills - Uses insights into individuals, groups, and organisational dynamics to gain agreement; involves and influences everyone necessary to get the job done.Commercially astute, with a good understanding of building business cases, managing risk and driving value for money.
