Opportunity to train as an AWS Developer with Revolent Nearly a third of all internet activity is now hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS), meaning Developers trained to use AWS are some of the most in-demand professionals in tech. If you're interested in building new things and creating elegant solutions with AWS, then this paid training and placement opportunity with Revolent is for you.We're looking for experienced IT professionals who are interested in cross-training in AWS, on a two-year program that includes paid training, certifications, and work placement with some of the best name brands in tech.Over 10 weeks, we'll provide you with the initial training you'll need to get you up to speed with the AWS platform while supporting you to become officially certified as an AWS Developer. You will then be placed with one of our clients to give you the real-world work experience you'll need to become a successful AWS professional.As an AWS Certified Training Provider, we're committed to creating incredible talent. We'll provide you with a bespoke learning and development plan as well as your own personal career development coach to make sure you're the very best at what you do.Once you're fully trained and certified, you'll work as a Revolent AWS Developer with one of our clients, to automate deployment tasks, build new environments with Elastic Beanstalk, CloudFormation, and other tools, design cloud native applications, and support clients to migrate on-premises applications with best practice in mind.Once your two years with us is up, you'll have a range of lucrative options to choose from. You may continue your journey with Revolent as a Senior AWS Developer, transfer to a client and become part of their expert team, or build your own future in AWS using the skillset and extensive work experience you have amassed with us. Who we're looking for To apply to this career program, you'll need 1-3 years of experience in development, or experience with at least one high-level programming language, such as Java, Python, C#, Go, and Node.js. If you are a recent graduate, you will need to have completed a computer science degree or equivalent.
