Job Description:

To undertake in-depth reviews of the communication between the mental health trust and the CCG regarding the physical health care checks ongoing

To understand and review the process also between the mental health trust and the GP practises and be able to make recommendations

Implementing the recommendations made to the services

Desirable Skills:

Mental Health/Primary Care experience

Heavy Project Management skills

Has an understanding of clinicians
