International Banking Group / CFTC regs

£754.53 p/d (total day payment to Umbrella)

Remote Working / London - 6 months +

As a preferred and trusted recruitment partner to this international banking group for over ten years, we are assisting in the hire of two contract Testing professionals. Both roles have been described as hybrid Test Manager / Test Analyst roles. These are both hands-on roles (so no requirement to manage others). Both roles are focused on banking regulations: CFTC rewrite and the other package trades.

These roles are offered on an initial 6-month assignment, but the hiring stakeholder confirmed to me large forward programme of work so highly probable on-going work. Ideally 3 days from home 2 in Central London each week, but flex if more home working is needed.

Candidates must have experience of investment banking / derivatives.

*Inside IR35 (PAYE Umbrella): This contract is Inside IR35, and you will need to contract via an Umbrella company on PAYE. The day rate on offer is £642.48 + a 17.3% uplift. The uplift covers Employer's NI (13.8%), Pension (3%) and the Apprenticeship Levy (0.5%) so that these are not deducted from your day rate. With the uplift, the total paid to your umbrella per day is £754.43

Feedback from individuals that have joined has always been positive, and almost all contract positions extend beyond their initial term, so renewals are highly likely. The hiring stakeholder here confirmed very likely on these roles.
