Project Manager - Digital PMO - inside IR35

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to with client CFUs and CUs to integrate product and process changes with Digital's plans. You will do this by also being a great coach, supporting teams across Digital to develop their adoption of Agile methods and tools, supporting and empowering teams to make decisions that will enable their success.

Skills Required:

*Brilliant collaborator

*Agile methodology (e.g. Scrum, SAFe) and tools (e.g. Jira)

*Coaching, especially in an Agile organisation

*Excellent stakeholder management

*Project management

*Highly engaging communication and presentation skills

*Technology transformation

Experience required:

*Track record in project management (enterprise-scale)

*Track record in Agile (working in Squads, Tribes, ideally as Agile coach or Scrum Master), and use of tools (e.g. Jira)

*Portfolio management in a tech organisation

*Managed technology projects with multiple dependencies

* Building and delivering communications to senior stakeholders
