My client is looking for a Scrum Master who can work in chaotic environments and take a hands on role, working with immature teams. We are looking for pragmatists and Scrum Masters who can work to the business needs and utilise Scrum, Agile and SAFe frameworks, without being unrealistic with expectations on Agile ways of working. An Agile Coach would not be appropriate in this instance.

We are looking for a Scrum Master who is able to remove blockers and deal with big characters.

The project will be delivering a roll out of a new CRM system to a global FTSE 250 company, starting in Texas and incrementally working through each operating country throughout the next 3 years. There will be aspects of digital and business transformation for this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience using Jira to a high level, as well as Confluence.

Essential experience:

- An experienced Scrum Master who can take a hands on approach

- Strong proficiency with Jira - ideally to System Administrator level

- Experience of fast paced delivery and aggressive deadlines

- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a straight Scrum Master role

- Experience in Digital Transformation and/or CRM Implementations
