Agile Coach/ Scrum Master

Outside IR35

SC Clearance Required

Contract Initially until end of March with chance for extension past this

3days p/w on site in Luton, 2 days Remote

Experience

* Significant experience coaching and mentoring agile teams

* Senior Scrum Master Certification

* Knowledge and experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

* Significant Experience as a Scrum Master in a large scale project

* Knowledge and demonstrated experience of flow framework and metrics

* Proven experience establishing high performing agile teams

* Proven stakeholder management skills

* SC Clearance

Nice To Have

* Certification in SAFe

JOB DESCRIPTION

* You'll be the Servant Leader for the development team.

* You'll join a creative team developing solutions for new and existing platforms.

* You'll facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives and reviews/demos).

* You'll be part of Program Increment planning.

* You'll be responsible for collation of flow metrics.

* As a Servant Leader you will be supporting, coaching and mentoring the development team to grow their knowledge in scrum and agile best practices.

* You'll be collaborating with your Product Owner and the development team to shape the product vision and roadmap.

* Depending on your project you may present the development team status at Agile Release Train sync meetings to the Release Train Engineer and other scrum teams.

* You will be leading a development team that may be dispersed geographically and / or organisationally
