SC Lead Data Operational Analyst

Location: Hybrid- Remote/Salisbury (2-3 days per week)

Initial Duration: 11 months

IR35: Inside

Rate: £500-575/day

Role: Working on a Test and Evaluation (T&E) programme to identify options for change and improvement in the areas of: Digitisation, Acquisition, Regulation, New Technologies, Governance, Current Capabilities, Security and Personnel.

You will work with industrial partners to help lead the development of plans and guidance for T&E, namely summarising how data generated and collected through it should be collated, stored, networked and analysed in the future. This will involve establishing the future data analysis capability requirements for T&E, establishing the future data storage capability for T&E and investigating the data connectivity requirements.

Skills and Experience Required:

You will need to be able to work closely with subject matter experts from across industry, providing guidance and direction to ensure the output efficiently and effectively meets the customer needs. Therefore, you do not require to be able to solve all the technical issues themselves but should have suitable knowledge and experience of:

* Facilitating, managing or leading within a multi-discipline environment

* Modern data storage, networking and analytical approaches and methods

* Requirements for data security and integrity

* Data strategies and / or policies including how they are implemented and managed (it would be advantageous if they have exercised this themselves, but as a minimum they need a clear appreciation of the key elements required)

* It would be advantageous if they have knowledge of the types and volume of evaluation data generated and analysed
