£300 - £350 per day


Im currently recruiting for a Complaints Handling Manager to join a multinational finance and insurance corporation.

The role;

Were looking for a complaints manager to join our customer services team and manage our professional complaints specialists and broader complaint handling across the organisation. We are looking for someone with substantial finance industry experience of complaint handling and leadership who will lead and coach our team of complaints specialists, as well as having a high profile with the Executive team.

* Oversee the complaints team, supporting the team investigate and resolve complex complaints and queries in a timely manner.
* You will work closely with the operational teams across Group and Individual Protection distribution areas to ensure front line staff are equipped with knowledge to support successful complaint handling providing training, guidance and feedback.
* Ensure adherence to FCA handbook and DISP rules through all complaints management process and procedure.
* Keep up to date with the regulatory landscape, liaise with the FOS and implement changes to complaints practice when necessary.

The chosen candidate must obtain the following;
* Experience within a relevant industry (e.g. claims handling in the protection arena).
* Be able to demonstrate good lateral thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Significant managerial experience within a relevant role.
