Service Desk Analyst - SC Cleared - Remote - Inside IR35

Our client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to get started ASAP initially the contract will run till end of November. This role is mainly remote with occasional travel to the office. Security Clearance is required.

Experience required:

- 1-2 years' experience working within an IT Support environment ideally in a 1st Line IT Support environment

- Knowledge of Cloud technologies such as Office 365, including Exchange Online SharePoint and MS Teams

- Knowledge of ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management, Remedy and chat services such as Mattermost.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
