Don't know how the IR will view the different clients on same street, but FYI the rule is actually that you can't claim as soon as you KNOW that you'll be there more than 24 months.

In other words, if you have a contract for 12 months, extend for one month, and then extend for another 12 months, you can't claim expenses for any of the second 12 month contract.

The revenue will probably consider that this is an extension of the placement in the same geographical area. To have a chance of showing otherwise there must be no business reltionship between the two companies and they must be in a different business area.
