For one particular contract I used a QDOS specialist for an overall contract review (as the contract was quite lengthy and complex) on top of the QDOS IR35 review. I didn't see any conflict of interest. The non-IR35 review identified 4-5 clauses that were advised to be changed. The agent tried to assure me that no contractor had ever asked for any changes to the standard Ts and Cs and they were 'absolutely watertight' but I put my foot down and they changed them all to the exact wording the lawyer advised. IIRC it was about £200+VAT.
