Can anyone recommend any legal advisors in Scotland?

I have used these people once for a small matter. They seem to have a good reputation, and I was happy enough with their services, but I certainly can't give them any kind of blanket endorsement.

My current contract will likely extend throughout this year, however, the relationship with my agency has broken down and I wish to leave them.

Does anyone know how long the maximum amount of time they can legally stop me from working for my team through another agency.

My current contract attempts to restrict this for 12 months, however, I'm not sure if this time period is actually legally enforceable.

I find this hard to believe I love agencies, I would just move on to a different agency If the boss is happy with your work he might help you but I would not take legal advice as this would cost you money.
