Can Tax Free Dividends be paid to a Full-Time worker in UK!!

My Wife is IT Contractor and Sole director of her own company while I work Full-Time in a separate job.
Her tax consultant suggests I can become a share-holder in her company and dividend can be paid to be as gift!

Is that possible? if done, will I incur additional tax on the income from those dividend earnings? Please suggest.

Your account mentions your wife "gifting" shares to you as well?

It is possible but depending on what you’re earning the benefit is limited. From April you can only receive £2k in tax free dividends with the rest taxed at your marginal rate.
