Had to put up with Cairo, Jo'berg, Dubai and Athens in one gig. I was furious

Arizona and Chicago in my case.

One day Grand Canyon, one day golfing and another up the Sears Tower (as it was then). Braw!!

When I fly to Asia for my current client (about once every 3 months for 2 weeks at a time) the deal on the table is as follows..

1) Fly economy and charge a day extra for the travelling time (1/2 day there 1/2 day back)
2) Fly business and don't charge the travelling time
3) Weekends - unpaid unless you actually do some work

Hotel, Flights, Transfers, Meals & Incidentals all covered by expenses

I wouldn't expect anyone to pay me for chilling my heels on a sun lounger
