    Legal advice - suggestions?

Is there any thread I am missing, or any sticky with suggested legal advisers for Ltd?
    Otherwise, feel free to suggest.

I am after a contract review, not just IR35, but going through the clauses and assess their legality. So basically I am after a legal contract review.

It will largely depend on the issue you have.

His client has given him a non-competence clause and he is offended so wants to sue them for deformation.

Is there an agent involved? They don't have a clue what they are doing so I'd guess their incontinence is the problem.

Yup, you're right there is, and the contract is broken all over the place as I am coming to realize.

Try these guys. They've been around on the forums in the past and I think people have already used them.

Interesting referral there. I have worked with them a lot from the agency side. It's unusual to see something that both agencies and contractors seem to like.

We both like money and would sell our grandma's false teeth for it. To be fair you'd take two references off her first and lie to her about what you are doing with them.

Hey! Not fair. I contract TO agencies running Financial / IT implementation projects. I may work with the devil but I have never got involved in the recruiting side. (Apart from doing IR35 risk projects)
