I knew someone who finished a contract with a client and had surplus funs in his LtdCo. He then repurposed the company as property investment and bought buy to let’s in it. He now has passive income from the rentals using the money generated from contracting.

He then got a new contract pretty soon afterwards and formed a new contractor LtdCo for the new contact income.

This was all advised and set up by his accountant.
