None compete template?

Morning,

I have an opportunity for some fixed price work via a friend of a friend, however to complete the work I need the help of an other organisation which I'm thinking of introducing to the client to deliver part of the project. Can anyone point me in the direction of a template or does anyone here have one they would be willing to share that I could use that would cover a single client/project?

IPSE used to have contract templates as part of their membership offering. If you're a member, have a look and just take the non-compete clause from that?
